This buckle is made by Effie Calavaza, a Zuni artist doing Navajo-style work. She comes from the snake clan, which is why she is known for her snake jewelry — and this piece was made by Effie herself, not by the children who do similar work. The stones are Sleeping Beauty turquoise and red coral. Irreplaceable!
